Rigid PVC Foam Board is a closed-cell foamed PVC board manufactured through controlled extrusion technology. By combining high-quality PVC resin with stabilizers, lubricants and functional additives, the board achieves a rigid internal structure and smooth surface suitable for precision processing.
Unlike conventional wood-based panels, rigid PVC foam board does not rely on fiber bonding. Its performance comes from material formulation and foaming control, resulting in consistent quality across large-format sheets.
