How to Choose Glossy PVC Board for Interior Panels

For indoor partitions and wall panels, buyers should confirm the panel size, installation method and required stiffness before ordering. Thin boards are easier to cut and handle, while thicker boards provide better panel strength for larger decorative areas.

Density also affects flatness, edge quality and processing performance. For simple decorative panels, medium density is often enough. For larger panels, CNC cut parts or panels that need better edge quality, a higher density board is usually more stable.

If the panel needs lamination or bonding, sample testing is suggested before bulk order. The board surface should be clean and dry before further processing.
