Light Weight
The tiny bubbles evenly distributed inside the PVC rigid foam board greatly reduce the weight of the board. Its density is usually between 0.4-0.8g/cm³, which is 50-80% lighter than solid PVC board.
Good Thermal Insulation
The large number of independent bubbles inside the PVC rigid foam board effectively blocks the heat transfer, so the thermal conductivity of the board is only 0.027-0.040 W/(m·K), which can provide the same thermal insulation effect as 5 times thick ordinary concrete wall.
Good Flame Retardancy
PVC molecules contain chlorine elements, which will release free radical scavengers during combustion, effectively inhibiting the spread of flames. Therefore, the flame retardant performance of PVC rigid foam board reaches UL 94 V-0 level, no toxic gas will be produced during combustion, and the self-extinguishing time is less than 10 seconds.

Can I use ordinary glue to bond PVC foam boards?
It is recommended to use solvent-based glue or structural glue specially designed for PVC materials for bonding. Ordinary glue may not have a good bonding effect.
How to package the board to prevent damage during transportation?
