For small indoor signs, 3mm and 5mm sheets are usually enough. For larger display panels, exhibition boards or CNC cutting projects, 8mm, 10mm or thicker boards are more suitable.

If the project needs large-format panels with fewer joints, customers can choose 1560×3050mm or 2050×3050mm boards.

 

 

Closed cell PVC foam board can be processed with common cutting, printing and CNC equipment. For thin sheets, knife cutting or table cutting can be used. For thicker boards, saw cutting or CNC routing is more suitable.

Before UV printing or vinyl mounting, the board surface should be clean and dry. For projects with high printing requirements, sample testing is recommended before mass production.

For screw fixing or wall installation, holes should not be too close to the board edge. Large panels should be supported by a proper frame or adhesive system to improve flatness after installation.
